Service with Love

We also ensure individuals and their carers/family are treated with empathy, courtesy, respect and in a dignified way, involving individuals and their carers/families in discussions and decisions about their care and support, always respecting confidentiality and privacy.
We provide reliable services that individuals and their carers can trust, regularly seeking feedback both positive and negative about the quality and suitability of care from individuals.
We prioritise continuity and consistency of care by ensuring that individuals are supported by the same carers, as much as possible so they can become familiar with them.

Model of Care

Our model of care enforces the holistic approach concept. A holistic view means we are interested in engaging and developing the whole person. This can be physical , emotional , mental and spiritual. It is the concept that the human being is multi-dimensional. We have conscious and unconscious aspects, rational and irritational aspects.
In using the holistic approach United Care ensures Person Centred care, taking into account all aspects of the life of an individual. In practice we ensure Services supports aspirations, goals and priorities of each person, rather than "one size fits all".
Support focuses on what people can or would like to do to maintain their independence, not only what they cannot do.
In this we recognise that people have preferences, aspirations and potentials throughout their lives that people with cognitive impairment and those living alone might be at a higher risk of having unmet social care related quality of life needs or worse psychological outcomes.

Covid-19 Statement

Our ultimate goal as the coronavirus pandemic progresses is to ensure that all our individuals and staff remain as safe as possible. Being that the times are unpredictable, we are doing everything we can to ensure that the government's guidelines and procedures that have been put in place (including any updates as and when) are strictly followed to the least as far as possible. Most importantly, the adequate and timely provision of personal protective equipment (PPE) to mention but a few, aprons, hand sanitizer is very crucial.
